50 Minute Session
Focus on common aching muscle groups including back, glutes, hips, legs, and chest PLUS arms, wrists, legs, ankles, feet, and neck. All benefits of the 25 min session with the addition of extremity and neck relief. This experience allows you to remain passive during most of the session. Your coach will ask you to create tension in a muscle group during PNF stretching movements. The atmosphere of soothing music in a beautiful treatment room will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed, and at your best. Clients report that the experience is like a massage with longer lasting effects!
